My major in college is Biochemistry, and I plan to either be a doctor or an optometrist….but everyone needs a backup plan… what should my other carreer options be as a biochem major?? What else could I do with that degree?

   Hang it on the wall…and tell people you have it.

   You could always answer questions on here for kids trying to do their homework too!!

   Hello, well I would think that you could get a job as a laboratory research assistant in a research company or pharmacy or hospital. You could also teach, and uhmm I would suppose that some of the governamental enviromental agencies. I hope this helps.
