    Depends on which university you are enrolled in. I’ve withdrawn from p chem courses at both Tulane U. and U. of OK. P. Chem at Tulane was based on quantum mechanics, the math was way above me. I should have taken linear algebra and passed, and I’ve withdrawn THREE times from linear algebra 1, which has calculus 3 prerequisite.

    An average student in an undergraduate course in P Chem with no lower than a C+ in algebra and advanced algebra and has at least an introduction to both differential calculus and integral calculus and who pays attention in the Lab should be able to get a C in P.Chem.
