   chemical physics is a very specialized branch of physics that deals with the movement and manipulation of subatomic systems.

   Physical Chemistry is a very broad description of chemistry in the physcial world as we know it.

   So in conclusion, physical chemistry is a undergrad class wheras chemical physics is a graduate class.
