In other words, what classes do you take in college if you are majoring in biochemistry?

Im sure you have to take Bio 101, Physics 101 and Chem 101, but what else?

Also, how much math is there?

Is there more chemistry or biology (or same)?

Thanks!

You have to take core chemistry courses like physical chemistry, organic chemistry, and inorganic chemistry. You have to take supportive math classes and gen ed classes. And you have to take restricted electives.

It depends on what school you attend to. It’s much more chemistry (at least the way I saw it) but you also have the choice of electives so you should chose electives that you like. I chose more biology electives so I could double major in Cell Bio, or you can chose more chemistry electives.

Like I said, depends on where you are doing your major, since all colleges have different specific requirements for upper division although the core is the same.

    organic..inorganic..statistical..and many other chemistrys..

as for biology classes they make you take up to 200 lvl at my school

A Bs and a BA degree usually vary by what physics you take and math you take..

Calculus and physics with calculus gives you a different degree than just pre-calc classes and the easier physics.
