I am an undergraduate trying to figure out if I should set my major as chemistry or biochemistry. I just want to know— which degree will get me into more places? Thanks!

Biochemistry can probably get you into more medically related careers in pharmaceutical research, drug design companies, genetic screening jobs, hospital research, just to name a few. I’m not too sure about job opportunities with a pure chemistry degree. But I’m sure, with the global concern for a greener earth, many companies and government are looking for specialists in materials/environmental research for biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials and methods. Hope that will give you an idea which path you want to take.
